What exactly is tisane?

Tisanes are basically tea blends derived from flowers, herbs, spices, fruits and not basically from tea leaves. Interestingly, tisanes are way more healthier than regular leaf teas as they are naturally rich in nutrients. Marjoram tea is a tisane, which is loaded with vitamins A and C. Ingredients

1 cup water

1/4 teaspoon Marjoram or fresh ginger

1 teaspoon honey(optional)

1 pinch Nutmeg

Take a pan and add water, once the water is hot enough add the dried Marjoram leaves. Allow the brew to absorb the flavour and nutrients from the herbs.

Strain the hot tea, add in a dash of nutmeg to enhance the flavour and add honey. Enjoy!
